This is not some fascist stand or disguised dictation
in regards to what we feel is 'good' music. It is about
copyright laws, lawsuits, and the safety of the people
on the indious hub. Sharing music
that is
supported by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association
of America) is not only unethical, but it is illegal,
and can get you sued. It does not matter what state you are
in or what country you are from. International copyrights
apply to everyone.
Sharing such music puts everyone at risk because you
may attract other people who are searching for the music. The hub and
its operators have no responsibility for your share. If you do not get
kicked, it does not mean you are safe. If you do get kicked, some kind
soul did you a favor.

There is a thread on our forums just for people like you.
Please note, you must first register before you can see the thread. Basically all you will need to do is remove
the files from your share and then you may rejoin the hub.
